Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is nestled among beautiful palm trees and overlooks a perfect temperature pool. At $1,000 per night, it seems a bit high for my usual budget, but the ambiance is lovely despite an unappealing odor in the rooms.
The hotel room I stayed in had a few issues such as being extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep even with it turned off, and it didn't offer the promised sea view at a rate of USD 200 per night. However, the morning wake-up call was right on time at 7:30, and the staff was friendly.
The hotel offers big and very comfortable rooms with two very good king beds, although the service was mixed with friendly bartenders but lacking in other areas. The location is nice, but some aspects like not having beaches should have been clarified. Dining was excellent, although there was a minor issue with timing. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel's location is nicely redone with very tasteful decor, making it perfect for some cute photos. The rooms felt perfect, featuring an in-wall AC unit and a private terrace, but could have been a little bigger. The service goes above and beyond, with staff even taking us personally in their own car one day. The location is perfect, ideal for a wedding in the area, but had one person taking orders and making drinks with no one attending the pool area. The dining experience, while offering seafood, could be pricey, costing more than a hundred dollars for a meal, and took a while to get to dinner down the street after a recommendation. The facilities are modern and offer luxury amenities, but could use more policing of people holding chairs with umbrellas for hours on the beach with their towels.
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The room didn't quite match the pictures but being on the 5th floor with views of the pool and ocean felt perfect for the price of USD 200 per night. The service stood out as the staff walked around the property to ensure our comfort, always being respectful and with a smile, delivering great hospitality for better service and a pleasant guest experience.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit more basic than expected, missing essential items like glasses and kitchenware despite booking a suite. They were clean, comfortable, and nicely made, but the noise levels made it challenging to rest. The service was nice and helpful, even going the extra mile for our family, bringing us great joy. The location wasn't very appealing initially, yet the water sports area and pool were nice. However, the additional resort fees made it feel overpriced. The dining experience varied; great for Labor Day weekend but overpriced for everyday dining. The facilities provided were decent, offering enough for a comfortable stay.
